CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY

All orders are instantly processed and production immediately starts, therefore an order cannot be cancelled once the transaction has been finalized by the customer.

We are certain that you will be completely satisfied with your G. Alexander purchase. However, in the rare case that you are not satisfied with your order, we unfortunately do not accept returns, unless G. Alexander is at fault in the production of the apparel. This is due to our apparel being individually designed down to the fabric, color, and pattern for you, as well as the apparel being custom tailored based upon each individual customer’s size and preference.

If G. Alexander did error in producing your apparel, email a picture while wearing your apparel identifying the error to info@GAlexanderWC.com. Imprecise measuring by the customer does not qualify as a production error. However, if the customer believes there is a measurement error, the picture must identify the areas of discrepancy utilizing a measuring tape in the picture. Returns are at the sole discretion of G. Alexander. Once the email is received G. Alexander will contact the customer informing the customer of if their claim was accepted.

Color of Fabric Disclaimer

Although we make every effort to display our images as accurate as possible on our site we cannot control how the color will appear on your computer monitor. Due to the color variability in computer and screen monitors, we have no liability if the color of the product does not make your screen image. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual window treatment. In most cases, the samples online will match exact but may vary slightly from the finished product because of different dye lots.
